Escort TD-500 fuel level sensor

Reliable operation in any conditions

Category:

The Escort TD-500’s main distinguishing feature is its versatility. The sensor supports four operating modes: RS-485 (including automatic data output), analog, frequency, and pulse signals.

A separate modification is also available – a CAN (J1939) version.

It has an OExiaIIBT6 X explosion-proof certificate, galvanic isolation throughout the sensor body, and is included in the register of measuring instruments.

The TD-500 has been tested in real-world conditions at temperatures ranging from -60°C to +80°C and is resistant to all external influences: it is resistant to polarity reversal, voltage surges, interference, and large temperature fluctuations.

The sensor incorporates an advanced temperature compensation algorithm, allowing for highly accurate fuel level adjustments based on temperature changes.

The enhanced IP69S dust and moisture protection rating ensures high quality and stable operation throughout its entire service life.

The sensor’s main components are protected by a shock-resistant housing made of high-quality polyamide, which offers a high resistance to various external mechanical impacts. The connecting wires are reliably insulated from external influences by highly durable and flexible plastic corrugated tubing.
