Installing traditional wired sensors is time-consuming and expensive, especially due to the need to run cables throughout the vehicle. The wireless Escort TD-BLE eliminates this problem: the absence of wires eliminates the risk of tampering with wiring and vandalism, and fuel data is transmitted as quickly and accurately as with a wired connection.
The sensor can operate for up to 7 years on a single battery thanks to a lithium-thionyl chloride battery and Bluetooth 4.0 low-energy technology.
The device’s housing is made of impact-resistant polyamide and is protected to IP69S standards, guaranteeing reliable operation even in harsh conditions: at temperatures from -60 to +85°C and atmospheric pressures of 57–110 kPa. A protective casing prevents mechanical damage, and temperature compensation automatically adjusts readings as the external environment changes. Voltage surges, interference, and attempts to damage the sensor are recorded by the monitoring system. The sensor can be configured using a convenient mobile app—no laptop required. The Bluetooth signal operates at a range of 10 to 100 meters, depending on conditions.
The device is compatible with popular GLONASS/GPS trackers. Connection to terminals with RS-485 and LLS protocol is possible via the wireless BLE-BASE base station, which facilitates data exchange between the sensor and the tracker.
