EVA PRO
A comprehensive system for tire management and fleet safety.
Monitor tire pressure, wheel assembly temperature, axle load, and tire accounting to reduce breakdown risks, tire wear, and fuel costs.
What is EVA PRO?
EVA PRO is a hardware and software complex for tire management, wheel condition monitoring, and improving fleet safety and cost efficiency. The system helps control tire pressure, wheel assembly temperature, axle load, tire accounting, and key operational risks within one connected solution.
Without systematic monitoring, fleets face:
- Incorrect tire pressure and overheating
- Accelerated wear and unscheduled tire changes
- Hub assembly and brake system issues
- Increased fuel consumption
- Overloads and difficulty in load control

AIR-FLEXX Tire Inflation Valve Extensions
Air-Flexx are durable valve extenders for commercial vehicle tires, designed for convenient and safe tire pressure monitoring. They are especially suitable for dual tires, where valve access is difficult and regular pressure checks are often postponed.
The extensions are made of stainless steel and feature a multi-layer construction, providing flexibility and high resistance to mechanical stress. Even if the extension itself is damaged, air is not lost from the tire, as the system is not pressurized while driving.
These products are manufactured in Germany in accordance with international quality standards and are designed for long-term use in harsh road conditions.
Air-Flexx is a technical solution that makes tire pressure monitoring in dual and hard-to-reach tires simple, regular, and safe.
Why are Air-Flexx extensions needed?
Many tire problems in fleets start with one thing: tire pressure is not checked regularly. The reason is simple: inner wheels on dual-wheel vehicles are difficult to access, especially with hubcaps or tight axle arrangements.
Extensions allow quick access to the valve stem for checking or inflating tires without removing wheel components. This turns regular tire pressure checks into a simple process rather than a labor-intensive task.
Practical effect of use:
- reduced risk of premature tire wear;
- reduced fuel consumption by maintaining correct tire pressure;
- reduced likelihood of accidents due to overheating or underinflation;
- reduced downtime and unscheduled repair costs.
The line is available in various lengths — 75, 85, 105, 145, 185, 215, 315, 415, and 1000 mm — allowing you to find a solution for front and single wheels, inner dual wheels, hard-to-reach configurations, and spare wheels.
Air-Flexx is an essential element of a tire maintenance system that supports driving safety and helps reduce fleet operating costs.
