Frequently Asked Questions About Fleet One

Which monitoring platforms does the app work with?
Currently Wialon Hosting and Wialon Local are supported, including installations more than three years old. Support for other monitoring systems will be added later.
How does login work and where does the data come from?
The app connects to your Wialon environment and shows data according to the user’s access rights: objects, sensors, events, and so on.
Can I limit what employees can access?
Yes. Access is defined by permissions in the monitoring system. Objects can be split by roles and departments, and functions can be restricted.
What notifications are supported?
When events are configured, typical notifications are available: geofence entry and exit, idling and movement, speeding, and fuel or sensor deviations.
Why is there sometimes a delay in data display?
Usually it is the data chain: connectivity at the object, the tracker’s reporting frequency, or server load and settings. If the delay is systemic, we will help diagnose it.
Can the app be branded as our own?
Yes. A white-label version with your name, icon, and style is available. TAI Capital prepares the build and configures it for your environment.
