WHO WE ARE

A new company. An engineering team with a long record.

Our engineering team has been building fleet monitoring systems since 2010. Over more than fifteen years the work grew from vehicle tracking to connected fleet systems, custom software, data analytics and internationally recognized IoT projects — much of it built on Wialon-based fleet systems.

In July 2025 that team established TAI Capital FZE LLC in the UAE to work internationally under one brand. We are an Official Wialon Partner and a hands-on group of project managers, solution engineers, developers and support specialists — the same people behind our implementation cases.

“Create technologies that make transport and business operations easier to understand, control and improve.”

Milestones that shaped us

2010

The engineering roots

Our team began building GPS monitoring systems around the realities of fleet operations rather than around a device catalogue.

2019

Cases noticed by the industry

A Wialon-based tire monitoring project delivered by the team was ranked among the platform community’s five most-read partner use cases of 2019.

2022

IoT projects recognized globally

Projects delivered by our team won two IoT Project of the Year categories — ready-mix concrete, and fuel transportation and storage.

2024

A finalist among global entries

An automated fuel management system implemented in Uzbekistan was named an IoT Project of the Year finalist, selected from 100 submissions from 45 countries.

2025

The next chapter: TAI Capital

In July 2025 the team registered TAI Capital FZE LLC in Ajman, UAE — a new company for the same practical mindset: turn fleet data into safer, clearer and more efficient operations.

How we think

Four principles behind every project.

Competent technology is only part of the job. Our role is to connect it to the operating reality of the people who will depend on it.

01

Start with the operation

We begin with the workflow, loss or safety risk—not with a predetermined device or platform.

02

Engineer the whole system

Hardware — from trackers to video telematics — software, data quality and people have to work together for a project to deliver value.

03

Make the result usable

A dashboard matters only when dispatchers, managers and drivers can turn its information into a timely decision.

04

Stay after launch

Implementation is a beginning. We support, refine and extend systems as fleets and operating requirements change.

The people behind the systems

One team from first question to long-term support.

We combine business analysis, telematics engineering, software development and technical support. That means the person defining the problem stays connected to the people building and operating the solution.

01

Solution design

Translate business constraints into a practical system architecture.

02

Implementation

Connect devices, platforms, data and working processes.

03

Development

Build integrations, interfaces and automation, including platforms such as Titan and Axenta.

04

Support

Keep the solution reliable and useful after rollout.

Industry recognition

Projects judged by their real operational impact.

Projects delivered by our team have been recognized internationally. That recognition matters to us because the judging looks beyond a product list: it considers business impact, implementation complexity, usability and the quality of support.

Yes. We supply and integrate tracking devices, video telematics equipment and fuel monitoring sensors alongside the software layer, and support the system after rollout.

Work with us

Bring us the operational problem—not a shopping list.

We will help define what needs to be measured, connected and automated, then build a practical path from pilot to rollout.
